NovaSiege ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website novasiege.cc and publishes games under the NovaSiege studio brand. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

When you create an account on our platform, we collect the following information:
- Email address — used for account authentication, password resets, and important account notifications.
- Username — a publicly visible display name you choose during signup.
We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or phone numbers.

Your information is used solely to:
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- Display your username on leaderboards and in-game profiles.
- Send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, password resets).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your account data is stored securely on Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by Row Level Security policies.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising trackers. Your login session is maintained using a standard authentication token stored in your browser's local storage, which is essential for the service to function.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your account information at any time via your Dashboard.
- Update your username (subject to a 90-day cooldown).
- Delete your account permanently, which removes all associated data.
6. Game-Specific Privacy Policies
Individual games published by NovaSiege may collect additional data (e.g. gameplay telemetry, scores). Where applicable, game-specific privacy policies will be linked from that game's page.
